destination life?

swirling currents surround the nervous system

nothing felt but the liquids flowing
and the cold feeling of the grizzly reaper mowing

what is coming with the rise and fall of the tides
what is this underneath my mask that hides

where are these currents taking me
what is the destination going to be
could it be that i'm so drunk that straight i can't see
why are these visions coming, when will i be free

struggle to stay above the threshold of liquid and gas
i think next time around, the swim i'll pass

i dont know how much longer i can keep treading
but the cold underneath i am still dreading
