is to have the victims, cut whatever part they deserve and put each piece up for auction say, on ebay or wherever, to collect back the loss. i'll bet somewhere somebody will pay big bucks to have a piece of one of the greatest criminals ever. wonder what his heart would be worth? not that i would ever want it...
