Help!

So I just came home and went to the bathroom and I have some brown spotting was not bad but is freakin me out. Just spoke with the doctor and they said to come in tomorrow and maybe they can do a blood test because I am 18dp5dt so my u/s isn't due till the 9th. What could this be???
