seems like the sage old advice in other posts on this issue has been to get on your back, feet up and drink lots of water. i see no one has mentioned that, so give it a try and work on that breathing as well!
another thing, if you have not already, head right on over to the pink board and leave a post there if you feel in need of more reassurance. my guess is you will likely get a land slide of similar stories and wise advice there.
