anyone have success with anti-thyroid antibodies, I am really worried

My endo says shes going to increase my synthroid before I go to transfer. But i realize that having hashimoto's put me at greater risk for m/c. Anybody out there have any luck with DE and ATA? I would really appreciate some encouraging stories.
