Response to anyone have success with anti-thyroid antibodies, I am really worried
ATAs are implicated in miscarriage. However, they only raise your risk & so you do have an OK chance of carrying to term.
My doctor recommended taking the levoxythyrine even though my thyroid levels are normal. (1 or thereabouts--good for conception.)
It may help somehow. Some studies say yes, some say no.
I tried everything people said--vitamin D, selenium...The only thing that seemed to lessen my ATAs somewhat is a gluten free diet.
Sorry I can't give you a better more inspiring story!
I did have a kid with my OEs and who knows--maybe I had ATAs then. And I've heard of people who've done fine with ATAs. Things are in your favor.
But it is sort of a drag to have, I agree.
