recent donor embryo cycle (preg mentioned)

I went through a donor embryo cycle in November of last year and am now pregnant as the result. We considered a few different clinics and ended up going to one out of state that did not having a waiting list at the time (although that may have changed). Total cost was just over $5K and as others have mentioned there are some donor egg options that can be done for under $10K. In our case we were also dealing with male infertility and we didn't want to risk donor egg not working due to those issues, plus the added expense. But the trade-offs for us was doing anonymous donation (might have preferred known donors) and a not necessarily good physical match (guess we'll find out when this bub is born). The embryo batch we chose originally came from a young egg donor though, and we mostly just wanted the best chance of success.
