I specifically told my RE I don't want the DE in my OB records and when he faxed the letter to the OB said: "NOTE: patient does not want the oocyte donation in her OB records".
You think the guy went to medical school and a lot of posttraining to get there and he still was idiot enough to do this.
Ultimately the OB office blacked out the sentence, but I had to spend time from my life do go after it. Also I don't know who has seen it in th mean time. I am going to do an audit of my records since I have family that works at the same institutions.
bottom line: IF YOU ARE NO-TELL, DO NOT TELL.
