It's hard to find a substitute!!
No herb tea either. I heard rooibos is OK but I don't want to risk it.
My substitute is warm milk with a little honey--but the honey is probably counterproductive so I probably should just add a teeny bit of vanilla extract!!!
Milk does have calories so it might be a good once or twice a day thing.
Unfortunately, we can't drink decaf. Decaf has caffeine.
