Well, I don't agree with this completely. (m/c ment)March 28 2011 at 11:12 AM

Response to The trouble with extensive testing for us (pg, chemical, mc ment)
The majority of m/cs may be attributed to chromosomally abnormal embryos but there are other very mainstream and accepted reasons apart from NK cells.
What about uterine (polyps/fibroids etc)
DH's sperm - karyotype, dna fragmentation
Your thyroid - very important to have TSH between 1 and 2 for fertility.
Antiphospholipid syndrome and other autoimmune issues?
Clotting factors like factor V leiden, prothrombin gene mutation, MTHFR
Infection for you and DH - mycoplasma, ureaplasma, strep b, chlamydia
These are mainstream reasons for failure and very easy to test for.
I miscarried 3 times with OE and 3 with DE. Was diagnosed with Factor V Leiden, MTHFR and some autoimmuine issues. Added steroids and lovenox and had success with twins via FET. I really do not believe every miscarriage was down to abnormal chromosomes.
