I used an agency (a reasaonable one), and I had a further clinic iscount because of a donor problem (different agency) in a prior cycle, but, I just looked at their fee schedule and it looks to be around $19,000 for a dedicated cycle (not including meds, but you can buy those on Free Garage Sale Meds really cheap, so you can keep your medicine costs to a minimum. You probably have some leftover from your last cycle and they'll let you use those too). I was too scared to do a shared cycle. I got 11 frozen after transferring two. Just my two cents.
