I am indian, and my husband caucasian. Our donor was 1/2 indian and fairly light. My son by DE is darker than I would have thought. Interestingly, my sister (who is indian) also has a caucasian husband and her children are very, very light (light brown hair and eyes) and these are her biological children. Their are lots of different skin tones in my indian family. I think a variation in skin tone or eyes is easily explainable (especially as light tones are recessive). I think you should pick whatever donor you want that will get you a baby quickly and easily. I looked at all races, and was leaning towards a hispanic donor... Even if your baby is a bit lighter than you hoped - you and your family won't care at all, and I really don't think anyone will question it. Good luck and a big hug
