While you get very little information from Czech clinics about your donor, I was told my ED had brown hair and eyes, as I do. I used DS, and I was told my sperm donor had blue eyes and brown hair as my husband does. My twins both have blue eyes and blond hair. Now, I think that as they get older, their hair probably will end up being the light brown my husband's was in his youth, but people are always doing a double take around their bright blue eyes and my brown eyes. Now, my father had blue eyes, and DH and I could have had blue-eyed kids if we'd had genetic children together, and if a stranger must ask (and why must they?), I'll just remark cursorily that my father had blue eyes.
Now, as for your question, Bharani, have you looked at Shady Grove? Because with the substantial south Asian population in the D.C. area, I'm speculating that they may have more suitable donors for you. As for Ukraine, have you asked about their donor base? There is a lot of population fluidity in the former Soviet republics, and there may be central Asian donors who would more closely match your skin type and appearance. Also, aren't there a lot of ethnic Indian people in South Africa? Could that be another option? But I think I am remembering that you have multiple IF issues. If so, I really think it's better to keep your treatment in the States. The overseas clinics are great in many respects, but I don't think managing more complex IF cases are their strong suit. Just a few thoughts.
Take care,
