Hey - 17 antrals? WOW! How many of those typically develop? At first glance, my thought is absolutely at 41 with 17 antrals you've got a good shot and it's worth trying.
That said, I had 9 on my last OE cycle, and only a couple of them grew to maturity. I'm not saying that will happen to you - but that was my personal experience. I'm a couple of years older than you. I moved onto DE b/c I didn't want to run out of $$ and not have a baby.....and approaching mid-forties, my chances were slim.
