Medically, it matters if you choose an Rh+ donor and this is your SECOND baby. The baby could be either Rh+ or Rh-. Also,. it would matter if you had ANOTHER baby with the same donor at a late.
If this is your FIRST baby, it doesn't matter about the donor's Rh type.
