If you find your own donor then what do you legally HAVE to do?

For example, I know that the STD panel is all legally required but is the psych evaluation required or just recommended? Also, can you use about any lawyer or should you use one that specializes in that type of law. My brother in law is an attorney licensed in California. I have a copy of the donor contract from my last failed DE cycle so I didn't know if he could draw up a similar contract for me and I could use that as a contract. It was from a firm in CA.

It isn't all about the money as I am having trouble finding another donor after my two cycles failed. I am considering looking myself and need to know what I have to do legally.

Also, where did you post ads? College campuses?

Thanks!
