We were in a 1:3 program, however it ended up being a 1:2 as one couple backed out right before stims. We got 5 eggs, 5 fertilized, we transferred 2 and froze one on Day 6. It was a successful cycle. I was pregnant with twins but lost one at 8 weeks due to SCH. And my one that stuck, my fighter is squeaking in her sleep right beside me!
There is no way to keep your sanity throughout this. I was in a shared risk guarantee program though. So knowing I had 5 more attempts kept my sanity!
