I have been waiting on a donor FOREVER (at least it feels like it) as she is in the process of cycling with another couple before us. So, I was inspired to start working out and I have been really focused on intense workouts now for about 4 months. I love it, I feel strong and good from it.
However, it is a very intense work out - a barre method based workout which has your muscles quivering as part of the regimen. One of the instructors is pregnant, which is cool.
I am wondering, IF I EVER DO GET TO CYCLE (rolling my eyes), how will this work? All my years of cycling I never did anything other than light yoga, but I love this workout. Clearly, I would not do it in the 2ww, but before? What are your thoughts?
