Many people travel right after transfer...esp all the folks doing IVF in Europe or South Africa.
On the other end of the spectrum, I am 27 weeks and just flew cross country without any issues. I was a bit worried about my feet and hands swelling...and thankfully nothing.
I am sure others will chime in, but I don't see any issues. You could also do a search, because I know this issue is asked often.
