Agency versus Fertility Clinic

Hi, I posted earlier regarding where to start with the entire egg donor process.

I am still struggling to understand the process even though we've done research online.

Some confusions are - what is the difference between going through an agency versus in house donors? Is it the cost? Our fertility clinic charges $400 just as the application fee to match up. Do agency's change the same, more?

Also, when you match with an agency - are you required to pay for their blood work and ultra sounds, etc on top of the fee that have listed for each donor? Or does that fee include everything?

Because when I spoke to our clinic - she quoted a price which seemed like it was covering everything so it makes it easier to understand what we are looking at financially.

Any help would be great.
