This day has been so cruel to you. I'm so sorry. I know someone that missed AF and POAS and it was negative. A week later still no AF POAS again negative. She called MD and they ordered a beta which was negative. Two weeks later still no AF and she was so tired she thought she was ill. Called MD again repeated beta and it was positive, had u/s and she was seven weeks pregnant.
