My DH and I were estranged at the time I cycled, so I had to use DS. And I got pg on my second fresh cycle. As horrible as the estrangement was, I have reflected that, given that DH's sperm sample was workable (and we never had a chance to take any enhancing measures), it was pretty lackluster, and I can't help but wonder how many cycles I might have had before we considered DS or mixing.
