I can't imagine that the stats posted on both SART and the other site are wrong...guess it could be. I know that one of the centers I was looking at had a dramatic reduction in their success rate too. This however is a huge fall-off for Cooper. Its worth asking what is going on or if there has been some sort of mistake.
