You might try posting there too though I bet you get good answers here as well. I did have success but the fresh cycle was in an egg vitrification study and the frozen was donor embryos so not a fair comparison. Still, they were almost 13 1/2 years old, had been previouly thawed, cultured to blat and refrozen, and were "fourth round draft picks" since there had been three previous cycles. Still, all survived thaw, we transferred three and I got pregnant with twins. So frozen worked for me.
I did not do Clexane but did Lovenox, so similar. It was my first time on them after many chemicals. I also took a lot of high EPA fish oil, which I understand has a similar effect to the intralipids. A different situation but I hope my story helps a bit.
