with Lovenox and high dose folic acid and b vits. Clotting issues are common causes of 2nd/third trimester losses sadly.
Other basic issues to investigate are:-
Uterine
Sperm (dna fragmentation etc)
Karyotype for your DH
Clotting for you
Thyroid for you (TSH between 1&2, T3, T4 and antithyroid antibodies)
Infection for you and DH (Chlamydia, Ureaplasma, Mycoplasma, Group B strep)
Autoimmune issues - ANAs, APS, RA etc etc
Immune Issues - NK cells, Tnfa cytokines etc etc.
