Response to Took my first 1 mile walk tonight


I, too, gained 30-40 pounds over the course of my late husband's illness and a couple of failed DE cycles... I'm about halfway down (22 pounds) using a lots of exercise (strength training and cardio) and Weight Watchers.

You can do it! Be kind and patient with yourself. Remember that a healthy rate of loss is 1 to 2 pounds per week.
