My first shot was 1/2 cc, 2nd night was 1 cc of the concentrated form of PIO. The second night was excruciating, immediate burning running up and down my leg, up to my rib cage and all around my hip. It still hurts.
Last night I did the regular concentration in sesame oil, and therefore, they doubled it -- so last night, instead of 1 cc, we injected 2 cc. It is a little sore to touch, but I can't feel it when I move or roll around, so that is a huge improvement.
Can't they just put you on suppositories since you have the neuropathy? There seems to be no real statistical difference --
