When I cycled at NYU they were doing a study for OE IVF comparing PIO to Crinone w/o any PIO. I used crinone with my last natural pregnancy (mc'd) so I know about the mess. My understanding is the the crinone was comparable in the early outcome data (study is not completely done yet).
My SG doc had me on 1ml PIO once a day (50mg/ml) That's all. I wonder why you are getting so much more....
Also: how are you feeling? I hope you are feeling optimistic.
