Maybe I missed these from that awesome list posted above, but here are a few more that are especially near and dear to my heart right now:
2ww = 2 week wait (time between egg retrieval/ovulation and first "official" pregnancy test)
beta = the quantitative test for the hcg hormone
POAS = pee on a stick (i.e. home pregnancy test)
BFP = big fat positive
BFN = big fat negative
Things like 5dp5dt mean "five days post five day transfer". In other words, the first part refers to how many days post transfer you are and the second part refers to what type of transfer it was (5 day blast or 3 day).
