and I am sorry. How you are feeling about everything is perfectly normal and you just have to let those feelings out or they will be bottled up and come out later in a different way.
I say let them out. I also agree with a previous poster to get some sun on your face. Vit D will help. Also, if you can get DH to go with you, can you go for a walk for just a little while.
Sometimes a funny movie can distract me when I am really depressed and have no attention span. I know that feeling - where you can't focus on anything because you are so sad.
