Yes, I am going through a cycle and a lot of stress

It has not been easy. I am giving myself time to rest every night and watch tv or read. That's how I am dealing. I wish I could tell you how it ends up however I am still in the cycle.

One of my close friends went through a lot of stress during her DE cycle and she is pg.

Everyone has different opinions on this.

Will you be able to have any downtime?
How well do you handle stress normally?
