I did OE cycles at Cornell, NYU and SIRM, with no success. I had a successful single fresh transfer on the first attempt with SIRM. One big difference between SIRM and Cornell/NYU, is that SIRM uses vitrification, which will help once we are ready for a sibling. SIRM also does CGH, whereas the others perform PGD only. PGD gave us the reassurance we needed to transfer a single embryo. Good luck!
