The tissue sample my local doc did for the biopsy and sent in was not good enough, inconclusive, they wanted another one, blah blah blah. I had been through enough already and didn't want to repeat the test. The thing they are looking for (high NKs lurking in the uterus) is a theory that is very controversial and was truly not likely to be the problem. I just needed good embryos in the end, that was what finally worked.
