Sorry you are going through this

As if going through IF stuff isn't challenging enough, you've got people bumbling the tests.

I personally would not pay for a test that provided me no results. I would communicate that fact to the doctor and the lab. It is not your fault that the doctors/lab involved didn't collect the sample correctly.
