I can't believe your clinic never shared results with you and never addressed implications and treatment. It sound like you now have someone who is more attentive which is a very good thing. I would at a minimum contact the risk management dept at the clinic and share your dissatisfaction. If you can afford and attorney, I say go for it. ((hugs))
