Oh, CL, this is ridiculous

Hi CL,
I am mad for you. I can't believe this. I am so sorry.
How in the world does this kind of stuff happen? What we are going through is hard enough and when this kind of thing happens, it makes you even more frustrated and exhausted.
I know it's one more thing however I would definitely look into malpractice if you have the energy.
