I am all for laywer-ing up. I believe there is a ton of mistakes that are never disclosed to patients. Check out the ASRMs website for their policy that it is not necessary to tell patients "everything" about a cycle if the doctor believes it had no effect on the outcome (uhmm...conflict of interest, no?).
On the other hand, law suits are expensive and painful and drawn out. And who needs that cr*p in their lives when dealing with so many other issues?
I wish I had some sage advice but I am fresh out of helpful experience on this one.
