Hi,

I would just tell your Dr. that you want to do a basic immune treatment which is not something that should be an issue although with many, it is. If he/she is willing to prescribe you Lovenox in any case, the rest should be pretty simple. Intralipids is only egg yolk and soy beans. They use it to feed cancer patients intravenously. It's pretty cheap..mine costs about $25 at Freedom. The cost is in the administration of it which can cost anywhere to $200 or so to about $500 to $600. You need to take it 7-10 days before transfer, upon a BFP, and usually once a month or every three weeks up until about the 5th month. . My insurance covered that cost when my clinic administered it. You will have to find a clinic to administer it or get a visiting nurse such as one at the Walgreens Infusion pharmacy:

If this Dr will not it, and you have had issues with either implantation or holding a baby..even if you've previously carried one to term, consider consulting a Reproductive Immunologist to run immune tests. You can work with your current Dr and an RI. If you do a search on this and the other boards here you will find many recommendations for an RI. Good luck.
