I had a psychic tell me that I will only conceive in the summer, that I'm a naturally cold person and I need to be warm to conceive. My last FET was in July (failure) and my current successful fresh transfer was in early April (warm but not hot). She also told me to wear red underwear to keep me "warm". I had a Chinese acupuncturist give me the same warmth and red underwear advice a few years ago.
