If you only stay 3 days, which I think is all that's required, your travel costs could be close to $1K, so probably about $1800. But who wants to go to a beautiful place like CZ and only stay 3 days? Still, the lodging and food there are cheap.
On the other hand, frosties are the exception and not the norm with Czech cycles due to their low stimulation techniques with donors. And my clinic still doesn't vitrify embryos, although I've heard its sister clinic does now.
