I would tell him the following...why throw good money after bad? You've come this far, spent this much money, why would you not spend a few more hundred dollars to know for certain of this is an issue or not? Why spend thousands on a cycle that might very well be futile because he refused to do a test that he "thinks" is not worthwhile and you were not properly treated? Good luck.
