Response to Uterine Lining
moving to DE I would have some basic checks - especially as you have had so many bfns with own eggs.
It may be that your age and egg quality are the issues, but if anything else is wrong with you and DH - DE will not fix it.
Firstly, thin uterine lining can be a side effect of thyroid issues, so I would double check TSH, T3, T4 and antithyroid antibodies.
Maybe also a hysteroscopy to check all is ok (no fibroids etc) before cycling.
I would also do some basic implantation failure testing which should include:-
Karyotype for DH
Sperm testing (inc. dna fragmentation for DH)
Infection for you and DH (Ureaplasma, mycoplasma, chlamydia, etc)
Clotting issues for you - APS, Factor V Leiden, MTHFR, etc.
Autoimmune issues e.g. antinuclear antibodies, rheumatoid factor, etc.
Thin lining may be a result of age, but if you have achieved good lining before I would have a look at uterine and thyroid checks.
You will be on Estrogen for your DE cycle so that MAY help your lining but it is worth some pre cycle checking as mentioned above just to give yourself the best chance of success.
