I am actually just unfortunately at the end of my 2WW wait with a likely negative result from a FET that I did through MedVacations. (Tested this morning, 8 dp 5dt and was negative and have no symptoms.) (I didn't do a live transfer because I started bleeding during my cycle and since the donor was already halfway through to retrieval it was too late to cancel. They did a freeze all.) I did my cycle in Panama City. It's either there or Russia for IVF as I recall. The IVF coordinator in Panama City speaks English, as does the doctor. The hospital is very nice. I have all good things to say about it - except of course, that it didn't work. I hope to be able to squeeze in my last FET this month (i.e., I have enough left for one more I think.) If you have any specific questions, please let me know. I used my airline miles and found a cheaper hotel - so I didn't do their "travel package" so it's slightly cheaper - not by too much though.
