$3000 or $13000?

I called RBA but the woman wasn't that helpful. I don't want to sign up as a patient unless I know it is covered as I can't afford to pay for much for it. She told me to fax my insurance card and they'd check the benefits. That was this morning... No call back. If only $3000 is submitted to insurance, this sadly won't work for me. We can't spend the other $13000 plus travel. Did you read $3K or $13K? Making the DE decision is hard enough. Paying for it is impossible.
