That is so great that your insurance will cover the Neupogen. I have to say, I am FAR from an expert in this area. There is so much I do not know and really rely upon the information and knowledge of others. Since I do not have a known matching issue I have never really studied Neupogen so I have no idea about the pros or the cons. I'm pretty sure though if you do a search of the Yahoo group that you will get tons of thread on it. BTW..set your setting to a Daily Digest or else you will get a million e-mails a day instead of 1 or 2 that have all of the posts from the day. VERY excited that you can get the Neupogen. I know that there have been quite a few successes with it. I hope you are one too!! FX!! You are in good hands with Dr. B from what I understand.
As for intralipids- I've never heard of anyone having side effects. I never have. It's just soybean and egg yolk..they feed this to cancer patients.
