Response to Downs test (PG mentioned)
She should be given statistics like 'one woman in five who has this result will have a child with Down's syndrome'. To know for sure, I think she has to have amniocentesis. In our case with DD, we were given the result of 'more than one in 50' but decided not to do amniocentesis.
