It happened to me after my first chemical. Unfortunately, it took my body about 4 months to get back to normal. I tried everything and then finally my doctor said that I needed to be off all hormones and just let my body get back to normal. It took time, but it finally worked.
Here is a chart with different hormone levels, you will find it at the bottom of the article. It is showing that you body is at the mid-luteal stage and should be a the the early follicular stage. Did they take you E2 and Lh? Did you have an US? When I had this problem, I had an all of these tests done. Even though I was menstrating and I did for 40 days, I still had a 10 lining with high E2 and P4 and Lh. None of it made sense. I did consult with several doctors online, my RE and my gynecologist, they all said that my body was out of synch and it would just take time for my body to recover. Sometimes we just can't control things artifically.
I don't know if this is what is happening to you, but I wanted to share my experience.
