      I know how frustrating this is, so I really feel for you. I had two cycles canceled at the last minute because of thin lining. It's good that you're doing a mock cycle though so you can get the protocol right. I only responded to very high doses of estrogen - a combination of patches, oral and vaginal estrace and injections 2x a week plus vaginal viagra 4x a day. I'm about 110 pounds, so these were very large doses. When you added the estrace, did you take it vaginally? That's what I would recommend. I'd also stop all caffeine and alcohol and try mayan massage if you haven't already. I'd be happy to email you my protocol if you're interested.
