estradoil valerate, every three days. I started at .02 twice, then went to .04 and then to .06. With my last cycle I had to go to .08. I also took 2mg of estrace vaginally.
Last cycle included 10mg of Lexapro starting one month before cycle started and continuing to heartbeat. I had been getting thinner and thinner linings. I was able to get my lining to over 9 last time and the cycle before that was a 6. Dr. Beer is the one that uses this (he is now deceased, but still has clinics in his name.) He believes that by the lexapro increases serotonin levels in the brain, it increases bloodflow to the uterus.
Exercise helps, as does sex with the "O". |
