      the steroids and IVIg were NOT recommended because of the PAI-1 or MTHFR or Factor XIII, they were for high NK cells, that's why I declined after getting several RE opinions. All of the REs agreed that lovenox and folgard were fine and appropriate for the gene mutations (possibly overkill but OK). One RE suggested baby aspirin too.
